1. 飲食物調理
   客に提供する飲食料品の調理、調製、製造を行うもの（例：食材仕込み、加熱調理、非加熱調理、調味、盛付け、飲食料品の調製 等）
2. 接客
   客に飲食料品を提供するために必要な飲食物調理以外の業務を行うもの（例：席への案内、メニュー提案、注文伺い、配膳、下膳、カトラリーセッティング、代金受取り、商品セッティング、商品の受け渡し、食器・容器等の回収、予約受付、客席のセッティング、苦情等への対応、給食事業所における提供先との連絡・調整 等）
3. 店舗管理
   店舗の運営に必要となる上記２業務以外のもの（例：店舗内の衛生管理全般、従業員のシフト管理、求人・雇用に関する事務、従業員の指導・研修に関する事務、予約客情報・顧客情報の管理、レジ・券売機管理、会計事務管理、社内本部・取引事業者・行政等との連絡調整、各種機器・設備のメンテナンス、食材・消耗品・備品の補充、発注、検品又は数量管理、メニューの企画・開発、メニューブック・POP 広告等の作成、宣伝・広告の企画、店舗内外・全体の環境整備、店内オペレーションの改善、作業マニュアルの作成・改訂 等）

1. Food and beverage preparation
   Food and beverage products to be prepared, and manufactured for customers (e.g., food preparation, cooking, non-cooking, seasoning, serving, food and beverage preparation, etc.)
2. Customer service
   Operations other than food and beverage preparation that are necessary to provide food and beverages to customers (e.g. guidance to the seat, menu proposals, order requests, serving of meals, serving of dishes, cutlery setting, receipt of payment, product setting, delivery of products, collection of tableware and containers, reservation reception, setting up of guest seats, responding to complaints, communication and coordination with providers at food service establishments, etc.)
3. Store management
   Other than the above two tasks required for store operations (e.g., general hygiene management in stores, management of employee shifts, clerical work related to employment, guidance and training of employees, management of reservation and customer information, management of checkout and ticket vending machines, accounting administration management, communication and coordination with internal headquarters, business partners, and administration, maintenance of various equipment and facilities, replenishment of food materials, consumables, and supplies, ordering, inspection or quantity management, planning and development of menus, preparation of menus and POP advertisements, planning of advertisements, improvement of internal, external and overall environment, improvement of in-store operations, creation and revision of work manuals, etc.)
