1. フロント業務
   チェックイン/アウト、周辺の観光地情報の案内、ホテル発着ツアーの手配　等
2. 企画・広報業務
   キャンペーン・特別プランの立案、館内案内チラシの作成、HP、SNS等による情報発信　等
3. 接客業務
   館内案内、宿泊客からの問い合わせ対応 等
4. レストランサービス業務
   注文への応対やサービス（配膳・片付け）、料理の下ごしらえ・盛りつけ等の業務　等

1. Front work
   Check-in/out, information on tourist spots in the vicinity, and arrangements for tours to and from hotels
2. Planning and publicity services
   Planning of campaigns and special plans, preparation of leaflets to inform in the facility, provision of information via websites, SNS, etc.
3. Customer service
   Guide of the facility and response to inquiries from guests
4. Restaurant Service Operations
   To respond to orders, provide services (serving/cleaning), prepare/arrange dishes, etc.
