［日本語］

1. 多数の利用者が利用する建築物（住宅を除く。）の内部を対象に、衛生的環境の保護、美観の維持、安全の確保及び保全の向上を目的として、場所、部位、建材、汚れ等の違いに対し、方法、洗剤及び用具を適切に選択して清掃作業を行い、建築物に存在する環境上の汚染物質を排除し、清潔さを維持する業務。

［英語］

1. Building cleaning management is the duties of eliminating environmental pollutants present in the buildings used by a number of people to maintain the cleanliness of interior of buildings.
2. The main work is to clean selecting appropriate method, detergent and equipment in accordance with the difference of dirt by place and by site to keep environmental health, appearance, safety and preservation of the buildings.
3. House cleaning work is not included in building cleaning work.

1. 資機材倉庫の整備作業
2. 建物外部洗浄作業(外壁、屋上等。ただし高所作業を伴う窓ガラス・外壁清掃作業は除く。）

1. Maintenance work of equipment and material warehouse.

4. Management of plants inside and outside buildings such as watering work.
5. Transporting work of equipment and material (in case of moving to other work site, etc.)
